Power Electronics group of SDU is granted a fund to be involved in the APETT project (Advance Power Electronic Technology and Tools). This project is a collaboration between three universities and industrial partners (Danfoss, Grundfos, Danfysic, Vestas, Horsodan). More information can be found here.

Alireza Kouchaki received the Best Paper Award at PEDS 2015

Alireza has received the "Best Paper Award" for his paper "An Analytical Inductor Design Procedure for Three-phase PWM Converters in Power Factor Correction Applications" at the IEEE international conference on Power Electronics and Drive Systems (PEDS 2015), June 2015, Sydney, Australia.

Farideh Javidi Niroumand received the Best Presentation Award at IECon. 2015

Farideh has received the "Best Presentation Award" for her paper "A simple core loss modeling for three-phase PWM voltage source converters" at 41st Annual conference of IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IECon. 2015), Yokohama, Japan.
